So those of you that know Jeremy got married a long time ago, can now get a good idea of how far behind I am on blogging. Yes I'm about 2 or 3 months behind!!! Oh well. So here are the happy bride and groom!!!Jeremy is such a funny guy. He cracks me and Nate up. When I was first dating Nate, he invited me out to a gallon challange party (which was actually his b-day party but I didn't know that till I got there) Anyways I knew that if anyone could win a milk challenge it was JJ, so I told him to come. He didn't make it all the way, but he did better than anyone else there. After that Nate loved JJ! Who wouldn't love someone that could jug a gallon of milk in an hour.

How to: get the perfect picture

Ever since I've started a blog, I find myself taking multiple pictures of the same thing, because I know that when I go to post the pictures I want to choose the very best one. My original plan was to just pick the best of these pictures and post it on the blog, however, as I was going through them it made me laugh cause in each shot Nate gets more and more into it. Well in all honestly I think he just wanted to get it over with and he knew I would keep bugging him until I got the shot I wanted.

Here is how it all went down:

We were at the movies and I said "Nate go make the same pose as the Hulk" , he kept saying no, don't make me, that's stupid. After I kept bugging him, I finally got him to go over there. and I got this shot below.Well then I said, "Come on Nate just flex your muscles" in which I got the shot below.
"Nate the light was too dim, do it again"

And here is when the magic happened. I got the picture I wanted, and he was ultimately humiliated.
It's a good thing that he never really checks our blog or else he would probably be emabarrased, but let's just not say anything to him okay

So I've really had a fun time getting to know the girls in my ward. They are so fun, and seriously crack me up! My really good friend Sabrina got the whole group together to go to Oregano's. It's sad to me now because Sabrina has now moved away to California. We are all going to miss her. Well anyways when we went there, our wait was like an hour!!!! We were all starving. So we ordered appetizers while we waited.

Here is Sabrina and Heather. and no heather is not in my ward, but she used to be before she moved to the QC. We crossed paths and were in the same ward for like 2 week before they moved, it would have been cool if they would have stayed longer.

My Birthweek!!!

Ok I'm officially almost 2 months behind! Yikes!!!
Well May 7th was my birthday, and you may not know this about me, but I seriously love my birthday. I totally pull out the "birthday card" as much as I can, actually it's safe to say that I over abuse the "birthday card" You all are probably thinking, What a brat, but seriously I have no rebuttal because I know it is pretty bratty, I jsut can't help it!

Well the lucky thing for me is that I have the best friends and family that actually put up with me at this time every year! My mom is so awesome. She went all out and got me a present for all of the seven days leading up to my birthday, hence why I call it my birthweek. Nate was awesome and got me a new bike!!! I love bike riding, except for last night...I totally almost wrecked and I kind of hurt my knee doing it, oops!
Ok so it's picture time... keep in mind, I was still having those headaches at this time so just bare with me.

My mom had a b-day dinner. They made my fav, macadamia pork with a pear sauce! yum! Thanks!

Ryan wanted me to take a pic of how big he has gotten he was scheduled for knee surgery and was afraid he would lose it all in the recovery process. He is healing, now and hopefully will be back on track when he is all better.

Ok so this was so sweet. This guy at my work has this wife who loves to bake, and she is dang good. He always brings in leftover things that she makes into work. Well, he knows how much I love her baking and for my b-day, he had her make my favorite... carrot cake! I swear to you this was the best carrot cake ever! I wish i had a better pic cause it was gorgeous. The whole side of it was nuts. I seriously wanted to cry cause it was so sweet to do!

This is my friend at work, Tracy, she took me to Red Robin, we always have so much fun together. Now she works elsewhere and I miss her so much.

And of course my girl Carrie, had her birthday as well. Carrie I had so much fun eating at Bahama's with you, sorry for the late incident, you have to admit, it was funny though!

Well in conclusion, thanks to all of you who wished me happy birthday and especially those of you that had to put up with me :-) PS I will gladly still take birthday wishes if you didn't get a chance to in May. haha!

3 weeks non-stop (ps this is the longest post ever)

I know, my title is pretty weird, but you will understand it in a bit. First I want to say that this is all from a month ago, so things are better now. But let me tell you what's going on, ok for those of you that actually read my blog, then you know that my last post I said I have issues that will be continued, well I am continuing that now. It all started around January when I started my job, which by the way I am so over working there (Ashley don't tell Dan I said that) So please if any of you know of job openings Please let me know. Ok so back to January, all I remember was being exhausted and everyday I thought "how did I used to work full time, it is killing me" but I brushed it off and for 3 months I've just been drained, sick, and unmotivated. Well all of a sudden I started getting headaches at the beginning of April. These headaches were just like migraines except they would not go away. So I went to the doctor and it turns out I have a hypothyroid. I am now on some medicine that I will probably take forever that will help me. It's not fun, but I have been feeling a lot better. Well one of the main reasons why I am telling you all this is because it explains why I have been such a bad blogger. Also it will explain why in all these pictures I have a lazy eye. Seriously when I had my 3 week long migraine, I was in so much pain that I could barely open my eyes. on top of that I started getting a lazy eye that was especially noticeable in pictures.

Ok so now onto the activities we did during these 3 weeks. First We had a last minute trip to CA due to a death in Nates family. His great uncle died. It was so sad but we really enjoyed hanging with family and friends.This is a 3 generation shot of Nate his dad and his grandpa Wright. All three of them were the oldest in their families.

Grandpa Wright's two other brothers came in town also. Gary on the left came all the way from France. We love them all so much, they are so cute.
My favorite part of this trip was that I got to visit all my friends in CA. Here I am with Mindy's daughter Cameron. This is one of my many lazy eye pictures, I would try so hard to keep them open.

Thanks so much Mindy and Josh for letting us stay with you. You are great hosts. We miss you guys so much!

One funny thing that I didn't get a picture of but wanted to journal for memory sake even though I really wish I could block this memory out was the ride home... We drove our truck with a mini version of an extended cab, you know the one where it really stinks having to sit back there, even when its just for a brief moment. Well, on the way there I rode back there and though it was uncomfortable, but I found ways to sprawl out. So on the way home Nate's Grandpa asked if he could drive back with us....yeah, so for six hours Nate's dad and I were scrunched as we shared the itty bitty extended cab together. It was awful!

The next week Kinzi came into town. I love it when she comes! By this time my head ache is getting worse and worse, here I am with Kinz. This is our 10th time taking this picture due to my lazy eye

Here's the group shot. Literally I hadn't seen Sarah since high school. I had so much fun.
After dinner and talking till we literally got kicked out (even from the patio) we were still wanting to party so we went over to my parents to play texas hold em with Mr Beatty. My dad and Nate and other guys have a guys night every thursday where they play Texas hold em. You can just see on his face that he thought we were crazy! We totally were just goofing around and being crazy!My head and eye were hurting as they always were during these 3 weeks, and it came to a point where literally I couldn't keep my right eye open. Sara who is a nurse mentioned that an eye patch might help. Man was she right! I made an eye patch for me and Amy (she was having an eye headache too) it was the best!

Again I think mr. beatty thought we were crazy.

Well that sums it up. My headache is now gone. Thank goodness, and my eye is stronger than ever. No more lazy eye.
