Halloween night

Hey, If any of you do not have plans for halloween night, come by our place. We are setting up a little hang out area in our front driveway where we will have a fire pitt, order pizza, hang out, and pass out candy to all the trick or treaters. It will just be a fun and mello evening. Let me know if you are interested in joining us! Oh and of coarse Nate and I will be dressing up. Our costumes rock this year. I will post pictures from a party we went to on Friday. I bet you all can't wait. Also, don't feel pressured to dress up, either way is cool!

Linda and q's halloween dinner

Talk about one crazy Halloween Dinner. Linda and Q invited us over to have a halloween dinner. A lot of the food was Halloween related as you can see in the pictures (eyeballs made of deviled eggs, a frozen green hand for ice, more eyeballs placed on skewers in our lemonade, and of course the cute cupcakes made by Heather and myself) After dinner we had a game of Fear Factor! This picture is of us after we had to race panty hose sacks filled with flour (this was discusting and we had so much flour stuck in our mouth and on our teeth eew) Loren and Langdon are just classic in these pics. I have to post more of these pics later when Ryan get's me his camera, he got some awesome shots!

Another contest was reaching in pumpkins filled with nastyness and finding gold coins

Here are some maggots we had to dig in

And Then we had to put our faces in "worms" and pickles to find plastic spiders and rats

Linda loved hitting the monster

Items from our boutique

Go to this link http://www.downlarsonlane.blogspot.com/ to see some pics of the offerings being sold at the boutique. I was so tempted last night while I was there. i bought this awesome vintage purse for only $20. There was a ton of other really cute stuff for reasonable prices. That was the best part. You should really come today. I will be there towards the end though, because I have to teach yoga.

Hey come see me!

I am not sure if any of you know this, but I have started selling those awesome Blush topless undershirts that Rachel owns. A while back, I saw on Sarah Clarkson's blog that her and some friends were doing this Little Boutique Sale this weekend. I was so bummed because I thought it would have been so fun to join in on, but I was going to be out of town in San Diego. Well, because of all these terrible fires, we are no longer going there this weekend. The good news is now I am joining in on this awesome Boutique Sale. I will be there Friday with the Blush topless undershirts. Come and see me. There will be a lot of other awesome stuff there too. If you don't know what undershirts I'm talking about, go to http://www.toplessundershirt.com/
Be there or Be Square...seriously!

Talk about school pride!

So my dad's Homemade Higley High knight costume is complete. No this is not some Halloween thing like some of you may think, it is my dad's actual attire for the Higley high football games. The detailing is crazy. Check out those silver doc martins. The belt is a holster for his plastic sword. He cracks us up. Apparently at the games after a touchdown, the principle will have my dad jump on the go-cart and make circle around the track. He even goes to the other side and tries to trash talk with the other mascot. (They are all probably thinking, That kid is huge! why the heck is he not playing football) little do they know that kid is a man in his 50's. I just love the fact that my dad is the self proclaimed mascot!

Saturday fun!

Since Laure, Lynn, and Kinzi were all in town last weekend, of course we had to all get together. We went to lunch at Saranos. Kinzi couldn't come to lunch, but she met up with us a little later that evening. In this first picture we have Marci, Laura (yes she died her hair so cute!), Lynn, me, and Heidi.
Kristen and Stacy got there shortly after the first picture, so I had to take one of them too!
Laura was sitting across from me just begging me to take more pictures of her hair. just kidding!

The Gissel Wedding

This weekend was the Jamie and Tessa Gissels wedding, and it was awesome! The Bride and groom looked amazing! Check out that dress! One of the funnest parts was seeing so many friends from the past! You may be wondering where Nate is too, well he had his ten year reunion, so he couldn't make it. In a way, I had my own five year reunion as I ran in to so many old friends! The sad thing is, I think there were more people from high school that I ran into at this wedding than there was at Nate's reunion. Maybe he is being sarcastic, but he told me only 15 or so people out of 90 or so were there.

Me Kristen and Sara. I thought posing like this was hilarious, it took like 5 minutes just to get me to stop laughing hysterically to take the picture.
Mataya and Corrie. Mataya is so beautiful!
Me, Kinz, and Emily. I'm gonna miss Emily so much when she moves to Germany shortly:(
Kinzi and Max with their beautiful baby camera. Only 3lbs 2 oz.

Danceworkes reunited! Me Jenny and Audry. By the way Audrey took about 30% of these pictures for me. Isn't she amazing.

The things I'll do for free food!

Ok, I am officially obsessed with free stuff, in case you were unaware. Especially when it's for my absolute favorite place in the world! Rubios had a grand opening last week that me, Nate, and a bunch of friends went to, and since we were the first hundred in line we all scored free Rubios for a year! Between Nate and I, that is around $700 of free food from my favorite place ever!! If you add in the $300 of free chick-fillet that I got the previous week, That's $1000! Is that cool or what? Needless to say, I might gain 100 pounds by next year, but it will be worth it (or so I think).

Now you would think that spending the night on a sidewalk would be dreadful, but in reality I was up laughing all night. It's hard not to crack up when A) your with a bunch of fun friends, and B) you are no joke surrounded by some of the weirdest people that you ever did see.

I unfortunately forgot to bring my camera, but luckily Carrie did. Please check out her post of this eventful evening with the pictures. Here is the link.

Oh and by the way, after everyone realized how obsessed I am with Rubios, I have gained the nickname of Rubio haha!
